Letter: Weather
A snowbound Thursday morning and I was heading to Manchester by train, when a kind helping hand from a railway employee called James made all the difference to my day.
He gave me his arm across the icy platform to the waiting room on Platform 3 and then came back to escort me onto the 11.15am train to Leeds.
