Deadline looms for business excellence awards - here's how to enter!

That's what judges are looking for to honour businesses brilliance in our region at the Harrogate Advertiser Business Excellence Awards 2023 with headline sponsors Evelyn Partners, writes Graham Walker.

And if you've got what it takes we want to hear from you - but hurry.

Businesses shortlisted for an award will be invited to our glitzy black-tie awards ceremony and winners will be announced at the event, hosted by former ITV Calendar presenter Duncan Wood, at the Pavilions of Harrogate, on May 25.

Winners of each category - full list below and for more details click here - will be automatically entered into the Business of the Year award, where judges will consider their overall achievements.

A Lifetime Achievement Award will also be given to an individual who has shown a lifetime of commitment to their field, sector, industry, or business.

Now in its 18th year, the awards are open to businesses in every sector trading anywhere within the circulation areas of our series of newspapers, including Harrogate District, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon, Masham, Nidderdale, the Washburn Valley, Wetherby, Tadcaster, and the surrounding villages.

Matt Reeder, Head of Audience for the Harrogate Advertiser, is urging businesses not to miss out and get their nominations in before it's too late.
