Brand new to Harewood in 2021 is its winter long weekend opening from January 15, right up to the start of the main season on March 14.

People can visit on Fridays to Sundays, plus throughout the February half term week.

As well as a great trip out in wonderful surroundings, visitors can explore the Bird Garden until 3pm daily, take in the Harewood Terrace with its stunning Capability Brown views, walk around the Lakeside Path (last entry 4.15pm) with its new festoon lighting, wander the grounds, enjoy the Adventure Playground and take in views of the Yorkshire countryside.

For those seeking refreshments, there is takeaway food and drink from the Courtyard Café, open throughout the day (11am–4.30pm) and the the new Bothy Teahouse (11am–4.30pm).

And retail therapy of unique gifts, hand-printed cards, artisan food and drink, can be found in the Courtyard Shop (11am–4.30pm).

Later in the year the historic estate welcomes multi-million selling recording artist Bryan Adams for an open-air tour set in the grounds on Saturday July 10 and then Olly Murs on Sunday July 11, during his 25 date summer tour.

And on Tuesday July 13, Grammy-award winning global megastar Michael Bublé will return to the UK and Harewood. His special tour will visit beautiful stately homes, castles and cricket grounds in the UK.
