New community arts group H-arts is to host a vibrant show of handmade prints by artmakers and tutors from Henshaws Art & Craft Centre.
Starting as part of Knaresborough’s highly successful Feva Festival, it will then go on via Harrogate’s H-arts to Saltaire Festival in September.
Vibrant original linocuts, lino etchs, drypoints and collagraphs made by users of the center in collaboration with Shaeron Caton-Rose, a professional print artist, will rub shoulders with prints made by staff from the centre, all of whom are trained artists themselves.
H-arts will host an opening event for the exhibition in Harrogate with live music provided by two of the music staff from the centre on August 22 from 5-8pm.
The show will run from August 22 to August 24.
