Harrogate Town complete permanent Tom Platt deal
The 22-year-old has left the Minstermen by mutual consent and signed a 14-month contract at the CNG Stadium.
Since graduating through the York youth ranks in 2011, Platt has spent five loan spells at Town including two this season.

“He’s 22, local and he’s hungry for success.
“He wants to be in the full time game and has seen that progress this club has gone through over the last few years.”
Town have also completed the dual registration of young Buxton goalkeeper Myles Wright, who was released by Chesterfield last year.
The 'keeper will act as cover should Peter Crook sustain an injury or get suspended.

Hide AdMeanwhile, young Town players Marcus Day and Tom Stewart have headed in the other direction.
Stewart has spent the majority of the season between the sticks at Harrogate Railway but returned to Town last month and featured in the 7-1 win over Silsden last Thursday.
Young striker Day has also spent time at Railway but has most recently been involved for Wetherby Athletic in the West Yorkshire League.
