Simon Weaver's team take on Notts County at Wembley this weekend, with a place in the Football League at stake.

Due to social distancing measures aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19, no supporters will be allowed to attend the showpiece fixture, and thus Town have decided to stream the game through a 25-square-metre television that will overlook the pitch at their Wetherby Road base.

The club is however well on its way to selling out of tickets, with more than 75 per cent of those available snapped up within hours of going on sale on Thursday evening.

"Sales have gone very well, by close of play on Thursday we'd already seen 75-80 per cent of the bubbles we have on offer purchased by supporters," Town's general manager, Ben Sadler revealed.

"I'm fairly confident that by lunch-time today [Friday] there'll be none left.

"We're just pleased to be able to offer fans and the people of Harrogate the opportunity to come to the ground and support the team alongside like-minded people.

"I don't think that there will be anything else like this going on, and hopefully it will make for a good day for those who attend."

A limited number of tickets are still on sale at £35 per bubble, with a bubble consisting of no more than six people.

The event will run from 12pm to 6pm, with kick-off at 3pm.
