Otley drew level with Beckwithshaw at the top of the Aire-Wharfe League despite both clinching victories on Saturday.
Beckwithshaw’s imperious batting line-up coasted to a five wicket victory over Rawdon, with John Inglis, Yasir Ali and Alex Lilley all notching half centuries.
The bowlers had earlier shared the workload to reduce Rawdon to 205-9 from 50 overs, as ‘Shaw picked up 18 points.
Reigning champions Otley hammered 257-7 in taking 20 points from their contest at neighbours Ilkley.
Ryan Bradshaw’s half century topscored in Bilton’s win over Collingham to maintain his side’s position in fourth.
Bilton notched up 236-8, despite Toby Jacklin’s 4-49 before bowling Collingham out for 170.
Both sides then progressed to the Waddilove Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, but Beckwithshaw collapsed to a shock defeat against 2013 winners Burley.
‘Shaw let slip a strong position with Burley at 60-6, before falling to 121 all out in pursuit of 195-9.
Bilton beat North Leeds by four wickets, successfully chasing 140, while Collingham were given a walkover by Bolton Villas.
Collingham next face a repeat of last year’s final at home to Otley, with Bilton facing an away day at Thackley.
