Yorkshire weather: Prepare yourselves for three months of glorious sunshine... but Easter could be quite chilly

Yorkshire could be set to bask in three months of scorching sunshine this spring as forecasters predict above-average temperatures heading into summer.

Long-term forecasts from the Met Office suggest higher-than-average temperatures from April to June, however, things are likely to get a little colder before they get warmer as we face a band of unsettled conditions heading into the Easter weekend.
