Letter: Traffic - Restore two-way traffic on streets
In December, you told us of a “multi-million bid to regenerate a key part” of Harrogate town centre, including, notably, by improvements to Station Parade so as to provide easier access for pedestrians from bus and train stations.
Not surprisingly there is to be no outright ban on cars using Station Parade. By what other route would southbound through traffic go? Surely not by East Parade as a 1970 scheme had it?
