Tennis fanatics were forced to brave the elements on Sunday as they watched Andy Murray clinch his second Wimbledon title from Montpellier Hill.
Harrogate's very own 'Murray Mound' was packed to the rafters to watch the Scot comfortably beat Milos Raonic in three sets on Sunday (July 10).
However, it wasn't all smiles and Pimm's for those on Montpellier Hill as the heavens opened and supporters raced for cover.
Harrogate International Festivals was hosting the event on their Bid Screen and captured the downpour on their Twitter account.
They tweeted: "Crazy weather down at the Big Screen in Harrogate #MurrayMount #britishsummertime"
Despite the soaking, it wasn't enough to dampen the spirits of the crowd as they roared Murray to another Wimbledon championship.
Fans were treated to a feast of free Hollywood blockbusters and movies over the weekend including Paddington Bear, Minions, UP!, Top Gun and Spectre.
As well as watching Murray, Sunday's punters enjoyed Singin' In the Rain, Inside Out and Star Wars.
