Boston Spa-based High Trees nursery raised over £290 for cancer charity Candlelighters at its open day last month.
The base off the High Street, invited people to take a look a the facilities while enjoying stalls and fun activities on offer.
Mickey and Minnie mouse characters were in attendance and there was also new outdoor play equipment for younger visitors to try out.
“We were delighted with the outcome of the Open Day and it was lovely to welcome so many families and visitors from across the local area,” said Nursery manager, Michelle Booth who organised the event with her team.
“Everyone enjoyed themselves and we were able to raise nearly £300 for a worthy charity.”
High Trees Nursery provides childcare for children aged from birth to five years.
