Wetherby Choral Society has announced that it will end its season with the works of three composers.
Freedom will be the theme of the concert on Saturday June 22 at St James’ Church in Wetherby.
Tippet’s Five Negro Spirituals, Rutter’s Feel the Spirit and Taylor’s I have a Dream will be featured under conductor John Dunford.
Soloists soprano Hannah Kerr, tenor Stephen Newlove and bass Terence Arebare will star.
Wetherby Choral Society has had an exciting year singing Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius in Ripon Cathedral and Handel’s Messiah.
