A family-run building supplies firm which is one of the biggest in the region is opening a new branch in Boroughbridge on Friday, October 20.

Myers Building & Timber Supplies prides itself on top quality products at affordable prices, and is hugely popular with trade and domestic customers.

And they’ve put their own products to good use by converting an old railway siding into their sleek new branch, with original buildings restored and many original features kept.

The new branch has been quietly opened for several months, but on Friday, October 20, they are marking the official launch from 7.30am to 5pm with some extra special offers – and everyone’s invited.

As well as offering year-round deals, they’ve put together some outstanding offers in honour of launch week, with lots of demos from leading suppliers.

What to expect

The VIP launch event at the builders’ merchant – which is also open to the public – will see the unveiling of a dedicated kitchen and bathroom showroom on site. Be inspired to invest in your own home with stylish new looks to suit a range of budgets. Of course, alongside the new mezzanine showroom and new location, there is nearly a century of expertise and knowledge. Myers offers excellent customer service and a reputation earned over four generations of trading since 1929.

With 15 branches throughout Yorkshire, it serves the everyday needs of building professionals and DIYers, and the building supplies firm is the largest trading division within Myers.
