Action-packed weekend planned for new game fair at Harewood

AN action packed weekend of entertainment is promised for everyone who heads for the prestigious new Yorkshire Game Fair at Harewood House.
The major new event, which takes place on May 25 and 26, will run for the next three years with the fourth year returning to the CLA Game Fair.

Heading the main arena activities both days are Jemima Parry-Jones and her falconry display, Katy Cropper with sheep dog display and Charles Jardine – fisherman extraordinaire. The Vale of York Polo Club and youngsters from the Mounted Games Association will also compete against each other on horseback at high speed.

There will be a large number of other stalls, displays and demonstrations to enjoy and promises to be an action-packed weekend for all the family.

Opening times are 9am-6pm on both days.

Entry on the day costs £8.50 for adults, seniors £8 and children (four to 16 years) £4. A family ticket for two adults and up to three children is £21.

Advance admission plus fast track entry is: £7.50 for adults, seniors £6.50, children £3 and family ticket £18.
