Knaresborough Town have been drawn to host North Yorkshire compatriots Tadcaster Albion in the NCEL League Cup quarter finals.
A date for what will be a hotly-anticipated derby has yet to be announced.
The clash will see former Harrogate Railway trio Fatlum Ibrahimi, Simon Parkes and Mike Morris, who are all now at Knaresborough Town, line up against former boss Billy Miller - the manager of Tadcaster.
Knaresborough came from behind to advance past AFC Emley 3-2 in the fourth round on Wednesday night.
Fraser Lancaster's fifth goal of the week gave Town the lead before Ruben Jerome levelled for Emley eight minutes into the second half.
An own goal by Boro captain Will Lenehan handed the home team the lead but a late brace from 19-goal striker Brad Walker fired Knaresborough into the last eight.
Tadcaster had a similarly dramatic fourth round tie as they required extra-time to edge past Grimsby Borough 2-1.
Adam Baker scored the crucial winner with five minutes of injury time remaining after Nick Black had earlier put Miller's men in charge during normal time.
Tadcaster knocked Knaresborough out of the competition at the second round stage last season when Josh Barrett and Terry Taylor scored in a 2-0 win.
