TADCASTER Albion were once again hampered by the weather on Saturday.
Their Northern Counties East League contest at home to Appleby Frodingham was schedule to go ahead, but a notice on the club website on Saturday morning revealed that the planned pitch-clearing exercise had been abandoned and the game postponed.

Paul Marshall's troops resume their Division One campaign at Brighouse Town on Saturday (3pm).

Meanwhile, Albion have signed Andy Dawson from Pickering Town.

Dawson spent six seasons at Selby Town before a move to Pickering Town last October.

A dependable right back who can also play centre back, his previous clubs include York City, Carlisle United, Scarborough & Whitby Town.
