RISING water levels returned to Tadcaster Albion FC over the weekend, and meant Monday night's game at home to Leeds Carnegie had to be cancelled.
The Park ground has been severely affected by floods in the past, and after the weekend deluge the club revealed via their website that 1.2m of water is now covering the pitch.
It had also reached up to the level of the clubhouse door threshhold.
Albion are due to host Carnegie again on Saturday but it remains to be seen whether that game will be able to proceed.
