Award winning housebuilder Miller Homes has started work on its development at the former forensic science laboratory in Wetherby.

Privas Court, which takes its name from the town’s twin in France, will have 52 three, four and five bedroom homes in a traditional cul-de-sac.

“We are delighted that work has commenced on our latest development and look forward to unveiling the ‘Buchan’ show home and opening our sales office very early in the new year,” said Jan Hanaby area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “The development will bring much needed homes to the town and will offer a variety of choices for buyers in terms of size and price.”

The construction of the development, on Audby Lane, off Sandbeck Way, will be overseen by site manager, Matthew Edmondson.

“We expect demand to be, very high for these homes and recommend that interested parties register with us prior to the opening of the development,” said Jan.

Miller Homes has nine other developments across the region.
