Tockwith Church Services: Sunday, January 27 11am Family Praise Service.

Jumble sale: Tockwith School PFTA is holding a mega January jumble sale on Sunday, January 27 from 10am-1pm. Clothes, toys, DVDs, books, household goods and a tombola. Excellent cakes and refreshments will also be available. Donations can be collected on Friday, January 25 via a doorstep collection around Tockwith, or can be taken to school. The Spotted Ox: open mic sessions every first Wednesday of the month at 8pm with Arnold of The Raisers. People are invited to book in advance or turn up on the night to perform or go along to listen. Quiz nights every second Monday of the month starting at about 8.30pm. There are cash prizes and everyone is welcome. Contact The Spotted Ox – 01423 358387.

Tockwith Under Fives: come and give us a try – your first session is free! Tockwith Under 5’s meet once a week in Tockwith Village Hall on Tuesday mornings 9.30am-noon. Offering an inviting, inclusive and accessible environment to all children under five. Refreshments available, with free healthy snacks and juice for children. Session prices: Babies (birth - one year) £1.50, toddlers aged one to five £3.00 (the £3.00 covers families/carers multiple children). Tockwith with Wilstrop Parish Council: the parish council meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. Meetings are not normally held in August or December.
