Tadcaster Theatre Company are set to stage their pantomime Robin Hood later this month.

The production, directed by Angela Edwards with James Rodgers as musical director, has been injected with an upbeat modern score with current pop songs mixed with well known classics.

The cast are made up of local people from York, Tadcaster, Sherburn, Wetherby, Towton, Barkston Ash and Ulleskelf, and there is a bit of a family theme taking place.

One entire family play a big part in the panto - the Fletchers from Towton - with all play leading roles: Peter is The Sheriff, Beverley is The Soothsayer and Alicia is Scarlet.

Tadcaster Theatre Companys will stage their panto at The Riley Smith Hall from November 19 to 22, at 7.30pm with two on Saturday at noon and 4pm.

Tickets are stalls £10 in advance/£12 on the door, raised stalls/balcony £12 in advance/£14 on the door, family package of four seats (in advance only and must include one adult and one U16) stalls-£35/raised or balcony-£42. Box office: 07877691259/ boxoffice@tadcastertheatrecompany.org
