A CHARITY shop in Harrogate is calling for people to clear out their wardrobes ready for the new season.
Cancer Research UK’s Beulah Street shop is hoping generous residents will use the opportunity to donate good quality clothes - particularly knitwear.
It also needs accessories and household items to sell on, to help support the charity’s life-saving work.
Shop manager Lara Donegan said: “You may never wear the jumper that you have in the back of your cupboard again but it could well come in handy for someone else.
“And of course, each donation you make will go towards the charity’s goal of beating cancer.”
