Baby Swimming classes: being held at Quality Hotel Selby Fork. Contact Samantha on 07768 538527 or samantha@flutterbabies.co.uk for more information and to book your place. Lovely friendly classes which help promote bonding between mother and baby and also teach essential safety skills in the water.

Sherburn Gala: is on Saturday, May 18. The parade starts at 12.30pm from new Lane. The main event is at the Eversley Park field. Lots of attractions and stalls. There will be dancing round the Maypole, dancing and gymnast displays, a baking competition. Something for all the family.

The Police and Crime Commissioner: Julia Mulligan will be holding a public meeting at the Eversley Park Community Centre at 6.30pm on Monday, May 20. All are welcome.

The Sherburn Visiting Scheme Supporting Seniors; is holding it’s AGM on Monday, May 13 at the Methodist Church Hall at 2.30pm. All are welcome.

Children’s Karate class: on Mondays 6.30-7.17pm. For children seven-13 at the Eversley Park Centre starting May 13. First class free then £15 a month. For more information contact Peter 07702 216745
