Pupils take laps for Race for Life

Starbeck Primary School held their Race for Life to raise money to help beat cancer.

The children ran round the school field for 30 minutes, the fastest managing 11 laps.

Deputy Headteacher Sally Pitts said: “After lots of cheering from the school and families that had come to support, the children managed a total of 410 laps raising lots of money. Well done to all the runners and sponsors.
