Prezzo to reopen in Harrogate after major fire

An Italian restaurant in Harrogate which was damaged by fire in March 2014 is to reopen on the same site.

Prezzo in Albert Street will open on Saturday October 31.

It will be managed by Anna Dabrowskas, who was the manager at the time of the fire and had worked at the Harrogate restaurant since 2008.

Fifteen staff will be employed at Prezzo, including some of those who previously worked there.

A number of others will remain at Prezzo in Ripon, where all staff moved to following the fire).

Anna said: “I am delighted to be returning to manage the new-look Prezzo restaurant..

“My staff and I are looking forward to welcoming customers, both old and new, to the restaurant.”

It will have a contemporary design and an open kitchen will allow guests to see their pizzas being prepared by the chefs.

Prezzo will serve popular and innovative Italian food.
