York-based Choc-affair is in its hat-trick year of exhibiting at the four-day event. The family-run business is marking its tenth successful year in creating a blend of boutique and artisan style chocolate by showcasing its seasonal collection at the fair.

Another of the Country Living Christmas Fair’s patrons is The Harrogate Candle Company. Its luxury collection of aromatherapy home fragrances and candles are made using blends of pure essential oils. The Yorkshire-born entrepreneurial duo behind the company, Fiona Carr and Deborah Wilson, said: “We’re thrilled to be exhibiting at the Country Living Christmas Fair for the fourth time this December. It truly is a great event to kick-start the festive season and fills Harrogate with festive spirit! We are passionate about living and working in Harrogate and pride ourselves on using Yorkshire companies for all elements of our production line. It’s great to see so many other local businesses exhibiting at this year’s event to highlight, not only the best of British, but the best of our region.”

Returning to the fair, after three successful years of exhibiting, is interiors specialist Deborah Melanie Interiors. The Elloughton-based retailer will be offering her range of bespoke, handmade soft furnishings over the weekend. Also bringing a collection of handcrafted, homeware and gifts, is felt art expert and three-time exhibitor Clare Ashton. Her designs, made in Todmorden on the edge of the Pennines, use ringlet wool from North Yorkshire’s Wensleydale sheep.
