THE Final chance to see the exhibition The English Civil War – July 2 1644 will be tomorrow, 10am-4pm at All Saint’s church, Long Marston.
In addition on display will be the extensive archive and records of the church and parish of Long Marston including census records 1841 to 1911, the 1910 Land Valuation Valuer’s Field Books for Angram, Hutton Wandesley and Long Marston, a selection of Parish registers and related documents.
Guidance will also be available on how to trace your family tree. Long Marston is on the B1224 York to Wetherby Road and the Church [SatNav YO26 7LR] is located on Angram Road.
