Pateley company marks 20 years of growth with new branding

A family-run Nidderdale business has unveiled a new brand to showcase its three key specialisms in landscaping, construction and highway services.

The DTMS Group was founded more than 20 years ago by husband and wife Dan and Elaine Clarke. They started out providing pest and weed control before quickly expanding to a full portfolio of services including soft and hard landscaping and traffic control. Today, the company, based at Fellbeck, Pateley Bridge, employs 25 people, including four apprentices, and works with individuals, local authorities and commercial organisations.

The new brand, which includes a new logo, website and marketing materials, aims to communicate the company’s services and reflect the team’s extensive knowledge and expertise. It also captures DTMS’s unique position as a rural business which invests in local people by providing permanent positions, training and development through technical qualifications, apprenticeships and work experience.

Dan said: “We started out as a team of two; today we are a team of 25. We are very proud to say that we are a strong example of how a rural business can survive and thrive, employing local people and investing heavily in our team and in our environment to support our growth.”

In addition to the new brand, DTMS has also designed and developed its head office to run on renewable energy.
