An all-day fundraising breakfast will be held at Boston Spa this weekend.
Residents will be served an all day feast of foods at the Oxjam event at Boston Spa Village Hall on Sunday September 29.
Event organiser, Boston Spa resident, Jeannie Lumb said: “We would like as many people there as possible.
“When we have held previous events it has been at my house but as the event has grown more and more popular we have had to move to the village hall.”
The breakfast is free, with those attending asked to make a contribution to the Oxfam charity.
As well as hot food, a range of bands will perform at the event including folk group, the Duncan Farlane Band and Captain Wilberforce - the stage name for singer/songwriter Simon Bristoll.
The globally renowned Oxfam charity works with around 90 countries worldwide to find solutions to poverty.
The company works directly with a number of charities across the globe.
