GHOULISH budding actors are being asked to put their spooky talents to the test for a major event next month.
Stockeld Park, home of the Halloween Adventure near Wetherby, is calling for garish thespians to attend the attraction’s Scare Factor auditions which take place between 10am and 4pm on Saturday September 17.
Judges from Hallowe’en experts Atmosfear Entertainment Group will put contestants, aged 16 and over, under the spotlight to see if they have the talents to frighten thrill seekers at the forthcoming Hallowe’en Fright Nights from October 27-30.

After dark, Stockeld Park’s ten-acre Enchanted Forest will be transformed into the haunted Garden of Evil. The giant yew tree maze will descend into hell to become Hades-The Maze of the Minotaur and new for 2011 is the terrifying Dollshouse.
Those Halloween fans who are looking for something a little bit lighter can enjoy the spooky Theatre in the Woods which is a mystical, interactive journey through the Enchanted Forestkeld Park. There will be 16 performances taking place between 4-8pm on October 25 and 26. Stockeld Park opens its doors for the 2011 season of adventure on October 21.
