Meditation for happy lives

Have your say

people are being invited to find inner peace.

Ratnasambhava Kadampa Buddhist Centre, from Leeds, will be running meditation classes in Boston Spa from Wednesday.

Tutor Nigel Woolsey said: “These classes are for everyone who wants to find happiness and meaning in their lives.

“They are based on Buddhist thought, providing an introduction to meditation and practice, and are suitable for beginners as well as those who wish to deepen their experience and understanding of meditation.

“You do not have to be a Buddhist and each class is self-contained so you can come along at any time.”

The sessions will focus on meditation for relaxation, inner peace and wisdom, plus simple life skills drawn from Buddhist teachings.

Anyone interested can turn up at the classes at Boston Spa Village Hall, 199 Hall Street, on Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.30pm, starting September 21.
