Harrogate Symphony Orchestra’s Spring Concert will have a vibrant South American flavour thanks to a collaboration with the world class INCA music group.

The event on March 23 at the Royal Hall in Harrogate promises to be an exhilarating and fascinating musical journey through Native South American Folk Music.

Song and dance, Cancion and Ballecito, Bolivian, Mexican and Peruvian, the music will be brought to life by this ensemble, all virtuosos in their own field.

They will be hotfooting it from Abbey Road Studios where they record scores for blockbuster films and major TV series.

The orchestra will be performing with INCA, specialists in performing South American music on native instruments.

The concert will be preceded by a special children’s workshop event with INCA.

The start time of the evening performance has been brought forward to 7pm so the young musicians can perform pieces they have learned on native South American instruments.

Please note, 11- 18 years go half price while under 11’s are free.
