Aurora Computers came out to our home in Cowthorpe to repair a printer issue we've been having.
According to the engineer it's location on the network was forever changing and they have made it 'static' I don't know what that means all I know is i've been printing happily ever since, thanks Aurora

We tried a few places around here before finding Aurora Computers, they've been instrumental in helping us get out new business off the ground. They've provided websites, emails, computers and support and I can't rate them high enough.
We have already placed more orders with them than we originally thought. They've also given great advice in terms of growth hacks for business.

Amazing - this store gets poor reviews, so they create a new store ID. Even more amusing so many of the user ID's only have one review, I rather suspect these are written by the owner.

We needed 1 server and 7 workstations for a new venture in the stock market analysis market, Aurora Computers understood our brief and provided to spec a bespoke system to maximize uptime.
I've been so impressed thus far with both their technical ability and customer service.

Most happy with everything Aurora Computers have done for me over the years, getting a Mac was a good idea at the time but I've had many a question and niggle.

I bought an asus laptop in order to play the latest releases (diablo 3, Star wars TOR etc) from Aurora.
The staff were very helpful and the computer arrived promptly.
When the laptop broke Aurora directed me to asus so it could be fixed.
Also did a repair on a DC jack - very prompt and professional.

Enter at your peril. A warning to anyone before using this shop, ask who was arrested for fraud this year!
If anyone has any issues with Aurora contact Trading Standards they will be happy to add your complaint to the file.

Appalling owner and appalling knowledge/skillset. Charged £30 to quote £180 for repair which tesco did for £99!! Oddly enough they didnt charge me a penny at tesco for finding model number. Just turned laptop over and read it!! Shocking customer service and poorly informed staff at aurora. Now with trading standards.
