Sherburn in Elmet

A 70/80s: disco is being held at the Elmet Social Club on Friday, February 15 7.30pm till late. Admission £2. All are welcome.

The Citizens Adivice Bureau: Sherburn Outreach Centre is at the Eversley Park Community Centre on Tuesadays, appointments available 9.30am and 10.30am. The library on Fridays 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am to arrange an appointment ring 01757 293015.

Model car racing: at pocket money prices. The next meeting of the Yorkshire Mardave Model Racing Club is on Saturday, February 2 at the Eversley Park Community Centre. Doors open at 4pm for circuit meeting for buggies, short course trucks and mardaves. Just turn up to see what goes on.

Monk Fryston

An Evening of Jazz featuring the Riverside Stompers and the De Lacy Academy Steel Band is being held on Friday, February 1 at Monk Fryston Hall Hotel at 7.30pm. Cost £23 including a buffet supper. Tickets from 40 Finkle Hill or pam@delta-uk.uk.com
