Young chef in national finals

A MASHAM hotel is celebrating the success of one of its young chefs.
Robert Taylor, who works at Swinton Park Hotel, has won first place in the Châine des Rôtisseurs British final of the young commis chef competition held recently at the prestigious Cordon Bleu School in London.
He will now go on to represent Great Britain at the international final to be held in Paris in September, where he will compete with top young chefs from around the world.
